谷糙分離機（水稻或大米專用）Grain separator

用途：水稻中去米，大米中去稻子。

該機利用稻谷和糙米比重的差異使稻谷“上浮”糙米“下沉”，糙米又籍以雙向傾斜裝置的分離板以及板面魚鱗凸點的作用，使糙米斜向上移，而與板面不接觸之稻谷，則因此重和往復運動著板面作用，使之向下斜移，達到依質(zhì)分離分別流出。該機設計的魚鱗凸點分離板結構一次分離效率高，工藝流程短。是目前國內(nèi)先進的水稻與大米分離的設備。

The machine makes use of the specific gravity difference between rice and brown rice to make rice "float up" and brown rice "sink down". Brown rice also moves up obliquely by the action of the separation plate of the two-way inclined device and the fish scale convex point on the plate surface, while the rice that does not contact with the plate surface, therefore, the heavy and reciprocating motion acts on the plate surface to make it move down obliquely, so as to separate and flow out according to the quality. The fish scale convex separation plate structure designed by this machine has high separation efficiency and short technological process. It is an advanced equipment for separating rice and rice in China.
